The thoughts of pleasurable excursions give us hope and make us thankful for all our past understandings and determination. Joyful is necessary to trust our inner-most feelings. Believing in our self and others creates happiness makes our triumph over adversity. Happiness is a mental state of well-being characterized by positive emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Happiness has shades of enjoyment, satisfaction and pleasure. It gives a sense of well-being, inner peace, love, safety and contentment. From this video we can learn how to portray the feeling of happiness with the help of Mime.

I’m not sure how one wills oneself to just “be happy,” but finding happiness in the smaller things in life is an important first step. Think about it, if we can be happy about the sunshine, our health, a supportive friend or family member, that can make a difference in our life today. Happiness is something we often have to start with little doses, take little steps, and find joy in the simple pleasures of life. This video may be the first step to achieving a more internally-focused happiness.
 A person, Smiley who faces different unpleasant things on the way,  but  he moves ahead steadily with the happy feeling.

 In life also, an individual  should be happy even s/he faces any hindrances. S/he should not criticise others if something get wrong with them as they  can give forgiveness to them to make others happy and make themselves happy.
