ANGER: MISUNDERSTOOD EMOTION

Anger Isn’t that the emotion that wrecks relationships? Terrifies children? Provokes violence? 

Anger is not violence. It is not screaming or yelling, and it is not sarcasm. These are merely mismanaged anger-driven behaviors. Anger is really just a form of emotional energy. It’s energy oriented toward protection and survival and we have it because it has helped our species to evolve. Anger is a normal emotion that involves a strong uncomfortable and emotional response to a perceived provocation.

People who are under a lot of pressure tend to get angry more easily. Part of it may be our personality: We may be someone who feels our emotions intensely or tends to act impulsively or lose control. This video depicts how smiley get angry on each smiley.
